Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment is confirmed.
Once your order is processed, it is handed over to our logistics partners for shipment.

Please note that during high-demand periods, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be slightly extended. If there is any significant delay, we will notify you via email.


Shipping & Delivery Time

We ship internationally using trusted logistics partners.

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • United States & Canada: 7–15 business days

  • United Kingdom & Europe: 7–18 business days

  • Australia & New Zealand: 8–20 business days

  • Rest of the World: 10–25 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination, customs clearance, and local courier operations.


Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order details.
Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.


Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking information to update, as carriers may take some time to scan and register shipments in their systems.

Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery
