1. Return Eligibility

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

  • The item must be in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be approved for return.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items marked as final sale.

  • Opened or used personal care products.

  • Gift cards.

  • Items damaged due to misuse.


3. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at homesteadharbour1@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Our team will review your request within 1–2 business days.

  3. If approved, we will provide return instructions and the return address.

  4. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

Do not send items back without contacting us first, as they may not be processed.


4. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

  • We are not responsible for items lost during return transit.


5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Include clear photos of the issue.

  • We will offer a replacement or full refund where applicable.


6. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method.

  • Refunds may take 5–10 business days to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.

If more than 10 business days have passed and you have not received your refund, please contact us.


7. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your original purchase (if eligible) and place a new order.
